Recipe from Pennies on a Platter
1 bottle champagne (I chose Freixenet Brut - it is in a black bottle)
Pomegranate Juice (I chose POM - 100% pomegranate juice, sold in the produce section)
Pomegranate seeds
Mix one part champagne with one part pomegranate juice among champagne glasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. The seeds will float from the push of the champagne bubbles.
I am craving pomegranates now!! This drink was SO good!!
