Bailey's and chocolate...this one needs no convincing. :)
Recipe from CD Kitchen
2 1/4 cup sugar
6oz. evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 package (12oz.) milk chocolate chips
1/2 package (12oz.) semisweet chocolate chips (I believe half of a bag is 1 cup - I just eye-balled it)
1 jar (7oz.) marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
3oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
Line a 8x8 square pan with foil and spray with Pam baking spray. Set chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, Bailey's in a very large bowl. Set aside for later.
Bring butter, sugar and milk to a boil and then cook for roughly 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reads 230 degrees - stirring constantly.
Pour milk mixture over other ingredients in bowl and stir to blend.
Pour into prepared pan and chill until set. Lift tin-foil to remove from pan and cut into squares when cold.
