White Chocolate Popcorn

Okay, so this popcorn isn't exactly coated in white chocolate. It is coated in white almond bark, but I don't think the title "Almond Bark Popcorn" sounds as appealing. Whatever you call it, this snack is AWESOME! It is so deceiving because it looks the same as regular popcorn, but it is far from it. My friend C shared some of hers with me, and now she has me hooked. It offers a sweet and salty combo that you won't be able to stop eating. You have to try it!

Recipe from C Love

1 Bag 12 oz. prepopped popcorn (I used Old Dutch)
1/2 package of 24 oz. almond bark (next time I may use a little more than half)

Cover 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper or foil. Empty the bag of popcorn into a very large bowl, or two bowls (you're going to need enough room to stir) if you don't have a huge one. Melt the almond bark according to package directions Pour the entire bowl of melted almond bark over the popcorn and stir to coat. Immediately spread the popcorn out onto the cookie sheets - it doesn't have to be a single layer, but as close to that as you can get. Sprinkle it with colored sugar sprinkles (optional) and let it dry. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
