Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

If you love buffalo wild wings, you will love these. They are spicy and perfectly cooled a bit when served with a bit of blue cheese dressing on top. I think they would be perfect for a party, if served on a smaller rolls. The original recipe calls for just one pound of chicken, half of a Ranch packet, and 3/4 bottle of wing sauce. I just doubled the chicken, used the whole packet of Ranch, and the whole bottle of wing sauce. It made a ton, but I froze the leftovers.

Recipe adapted from All Recipes

2 20oz. packs of boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle of Frank's buffalo wings sauce (original)
1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
4 tablespoons butter (the butter brings down the heat a bit, just as when buffalo wings are served)
Serving rolls or buns

1. Place the chicken breasts into a slow cooker, and pour in the wing sauce and the ranch dressing mix. Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.
2. Once the chicken has cooked, add the butter, and shred the meat finely with two forks. Pile the meat onto rolls, and add blue cheese dressing for the top (optional).
