If you are looking for a soft and chewy cookie recipe, these are it! I LOVE these cookies! Surprisingly, they are made from a cake box mix. They are also super easy to make. Prep time is no more than 5 minutes.

1 Box Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
1/2 cup Butter, room temperature
1 Egg
2 T. Water
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except chips. Mix until thoroughly combined. The batter will be very thick. Stir in chips. Shape dough into 1 in. balls. Place 2 inches apart on un-greased baking sheet. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until tops appear cracked. I baked mine for 12 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes, and remove from baking sheets.
When shaped into 1 inch balls, this recipe made 34 cookies.
