I saved a few of the chocolate sugar cookies so the kids could decorate their own for Valentine's day. This frosting is INCREDIBLE! I will most definitely be making this again. The kids loved it too!
Recipe from Joyful Baker
8oz. cream cheese, room temperature
6 T. unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, blend together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and almond extracts. Add the confectioners sugar and mix until smooth.
