I don't know how, but I managed to make these cookies for the kids last weekend when Jay was out of town. I used all my spare time to get these done, because I knew I would be so busy over the next couple of weeks. The kids loved them and so it was worth all the time it takes to make them...plus I actually enjoy doing it! :)
